✅ When You Can Request a Replacement or Refund

We’ll gladly assist if:

• You received the wrong item

• Your order arrived damaged or leaking

• The product was not in good condition upon delivery

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue quickly.

💰 Refunds or Replacements

Once approved, we will:

• Send a replacement product, or

• Issue a refund via your original payment method

• For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food products

• Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

🚛 Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible:

• Within Nairobi: 1–2 business days

• Outside Nairobi: 2–4 business days

• Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather, traffic, or high order volumes.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order size:

• Nairobi: Flat rate 400 Ksh / or Free for orders above 5000 Ksh

• Outside Nairobi: 5 kg 400 Ksh each Kg more 50 Ksh ( Example 6 kg = 450 Ksh)
