The simple rules for using our website and ordering from Pure Nutritions.
When you send an order, subscription or blend request on this website, it is a request. It becomes final when we confirm it to you. There is no online payment: we confirm the items, the price and the delivery with you first.
Prices are in Kenyan shillings (Ksh) and include 16% VAT. If we spot a mistake in a price, we will tell you before we confirm your order.
Stock changes. Products shown as out of stock, or with an Enquire button, are confirmed with you before any order.
Subscribe & Save gives 10% off the one-time price for products that offer it. You choose how often you want your order (for example every 2 weeks, every month or every 2 months). We confirm each subscription with you, and you can change or stop it by contacting us.
For a custom granola blend we send you the price after your request. The ingredients depend on what we have in stock.
We try to keep product details accurate. Many of our products contain or are packed near nuts, seeds and sesame. If you have an allergy, please read the product label and ask us before you buy.
These terms follow the laws of Kenya.
